To get ripped, you need to focus on three areas:
1. Do some form of resistance training (i.e. weight training) 2-3 days per week. Use compound exercises like the squat, bench press, row, overhead press and deadlift for 3-4 sets of 6-10 repetitions. Your workout should last no more than about 45 minutes.
This will help to preserve lean muscle while you get ripped. People who don’t lift weights when they’re losing fat tend to end up with a “skinny fat” appearance, which is probably not what you’re looking for!
2. Do cardio 2-3 days per week for 30-45 minutes. Make sure that your workouts are intense – low-intensity cardio such as walking has a very small effect on fat loss. This will help you get ripped.
3. Eat a good diet. This means plenty of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats (from fish, nuts, seeds, etc) and – most important of all – high-quality protein from foods like chicken, meat, fish, dairy and whey protein.
Once the basics are in place, you can lose weight even faster with the addition of Thermobol to your nutrition plan.
Thermobol is a unique fat-loss support formula with a blend of effective nutrients to support weight loss, helping you to reach your fat loss and muscle definition goals.
